The Day Hope Came Back – Easter Sunday 2026

What if your worst day wasn’t the end of your story? What if failure didn’t get the final word? This Easter, we begin The Comeback, a powerful 5-week journey through Peter’s life—a man who fell hard, but didn’t stay down. In his lowest moment, Peter denied even knowing Jesus. Fear took over. Regret followed. And like many of us, he became someone he never thought he’d be. In that moment, it felt like his story was over.

We’ve all been there—stuck in the weight of our mistakes, wondering if we’ve gone too far or messed things up beyond repair. Failure has a way of convincing us that hope is gone for good.

But then… Sunday came.

When the tomb was found empty, everything changed. The resurrection of Jesus wasn’t just a miracle—it was a turning point. It declared that sin, shame, and failure don’t get the last word. Hope walked out of the grave. Grace rewrote the ending. And Peter’s story didn’t end in denial—it led to restoration, purpose, and bold faith.

This message reminds us that God’s love isn’t based on our perfection. He meets us in our worst moments and offers us a new beginning. The same Jesus who rose from the grave invites you to bring Him your brokenness and receive His grace.

Maybe your story isn’t over. Maybe this is your turning point.

Where do you need hope to come back to life?
