Ladies, it's time to refresh, renew, and reconnect! Join us for a powerful weekend at the Fall Women's Retreat, where we'll dive deep into this year's theme: Beautiful Scars - Identity Rooted in Christ. Your scars don’t define you, but your identity is found in who you are. You are in Christ. Together, we'll explore what it means to embrace our stories, find healing, and walk confidently in the truth that our identity is secure in Him.
Cost is $65 for both days (or pay $25 for Friday and $45 for Saturday only) October 25 (6-9 pm *registration at 5:30) and October 26th - light breakfast 8:30, starts at 9am- 4pm)

We have booked a block of rooms at Home2Suites in Lafayette- Rooms are $222.88 with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch - *continental breakfast is included (tell them you are booking a room for the Fall Womens Retreat with Innovation Church when booking- call 765-479-7220 directly by Oct 15th)
Friday Schedule-

6 pm- Dinner served- Taco Bar
6:45 pm- Welcome! Ice breaker- worship and a message
7:30- ReFit- IK Room (7:30,8, 8:30) *sign-up for a slot in the lobby
Rage Room- Tent outside (7:30,7:45, 8, 8:15, 8:30) *sign-up for a slot and sign waiver in the lobby
Bonfire & smores outside (7:30-9pm)
Spa Area- Pre-K Room (7:30-9pm) A serene spa room with soft, tranquil music, warm lighting, and a calming ambiance. The space features cozy chairs for relaxing facials, soothing foot soaks, and aromatic oils to enhance your experience of pure relaxation and rejuvenation.
Game Area- Auditorium (7:30-9pm) We will have board games/cards set up all around the room for you to enjoy with others

#1 Breakouts-
Group A- Lobby- Jeanne Silva- Broken Vessels Activity- Using a clay pot as a metaphor, this POWERFUL exercise will reveal to us that as we feel ‘broken’ from the pain and trauma we have experienced, with support and encouragement that we receive along our healing journey, we can reconstruct and put our lives back together. We will explore the things that have created the greatest pain and scars in our lives, as well as the support systems that have helped us along our way to recovery.
Group B- Auditorium- P. Brenda Vogel -The Beautiful Story of Naomi/ Ruth- The story of Ruth teaches us that hardships are opportunities to turn to God in faith. Most of us haven't had to uproot our lives for survival like Ruth and Naomi, but we were all born spiritually displaced.
12:00- Lunch- sliders, salads and sweet potato or potato chips, dessert and lemonade/tea/water

Pastor Brenda Vogel- The Beautiful Story of Naomi/ Ruth
Brenda has been married to her husband Roger for 44 years. They have 2 daughters and 8 grandkids. Before retiring and moving to Lafayette, Brenda served in many ministry roles with experience in event planning, women’s ministry, administration, and teaching. Brenda is known for her hospitality, and knack for planning unforgettable parties and events!
Jeanne Silva- Broken Vessels Activity
Jeanne has spent 23 years on a journey of healing after surviving childhood abuse and struggling with self-esteem and poor relationship choices. After two failed marriages and the death of her second husband, she entered therapy, finally confronting her painful past and finding freedom by sharing her story with loved ones.
Now healthy and confident in God's love, Jeanne leads grief support groups and founded River of Hope, a program in Lafayette helping children, teens, and adults heal after loss. She uses her past experiences to guide others toward hope and healing.
