The Marriage Every Leader Needs is an eight-week Connect Group designed for couples who want to grow—not only as husbands and wives, but as leaders. This isn't eight weeks of sitting through marriage lectures, and it's definitely not a group for people who have marriage figured out.
Each week is built around honest conversations, biblical principles, practical couple exercises, plenty of Q&A, and challenges you can actually put into practice at home.
We'll talk about communication, conflict, serving one another, healing from the past, intimacy, protecting your marriage, family vision, and what it means to lead together.
Because leadership doesn't begin when you walk into church, step onto a platform, lead a team, or receive a title. Leadership begins at home.
The goal isn't a perfect marriage. It's becoming the kind of husband, wife, and leader who is continually growing—and building a marriage strong enough to carry wherever God calls you next.
