Meet Pastors Billy & Mandy Holden
Pastors Billy and Mandy Holden are the founders and senior pastors of Innovation Church in Lafayette, IN. Innovation Church began with a call from God while they were serving in MI as youth pastors. They answered God’s call in 2010 when they moved along with their 2 oldest kids to West Lafayette. Their ministry started in their living room and through online services and in 2012 they were offered the building that has become Innovation Church.

Bryan & Suzy Burden
Both Susie and I were born in Indiana, Susie, Culver and me, LaPorte. We have been happily married for over 30 years now.
After retiring from the Marines we moved back to Indiana and specifically to Purdue country to get more schooling and allow the kids to graduate from High School.
In 2014 we bought land in Belize to start a missions project. We now arrange for teams 1 or 2 times a year to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Life has given us 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and a plethora of friends and family here at Innovation and around the world.
I was born and raised in Indiana and moved to Lafayette to attend Purdue. I have called it home since and was blessed enough to meet my husband Kevin here. During the day I am the senior environmental health and safety leader at GE Aviation. I am also an instructor for Purdue Polytechnic and God has blessed me with a career that I am truly passionate about.
In my free time I volunteer at Franciscan Health in the ER, I am the chair of the United Way Emerging Leaders steering committee, and I enjoy traveling and eating new places.
I was born and raised here Lafayette Indiana. My way to the Lord started in a preschool classroom in Dayton Indiana.
Growing up I attended children’s church with friends and was a part of the fellowship of Christian athletes in middle school. In 2012 I moved to Cleveland Tennessee, and lived there for six years. During that time I found my way back to the Lord and was baptized on April 22, 2017.
We then found our way back to Lafayette in April 2018, and are so blessed to call Lafayette home. The Lord has blessed me with three children Olivia, Allison, and Elijah. I earned my bachelors of early childhood education from Liberty University in 2018, and have been serving the Lord at Steam Academy as a pre-kindergarten teacher.
I love serving the church community and showing children who God is. A call from the Lord led us to Innovation and we have been blessed to call it home.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God for gave us.
Shane & Amanda Hudson
Shane and Amanda Hudson married in 2017. Their blended family consists 5 children; Maddie, Chris, Zach, Abby & Ella. Their family is a testament to God’s redemptive and unfailing grace.
Amanda is the daughter of a Pentecostal pastor and fell in love with Jesus Christ at young age. Over the years she has served in youth ministry in many forms; from being youth pastor, to working in juvenile detention facilities, to youth bootcamps and now in a juvenile treatment facility. God has taught her that ministry is so much more than what happens on a Sunday morning.
Shane came to Christ later in life. He is dedicated to learning the Word of God and plugged into a “through the Bible” teaching church for 13 years.
Shane and Amanda found Innovation Church in 2018 and are excited to be apart of the church leadership team. Amanda currently serves as Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator. Shane is always supportive lending his wisdom and many handyman skills behind the scenes.
Billy and Mandy met at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX and have been serving together in the ministry ever since. They celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary in June. They have three children, Charity, Billy and Grayson.
